RULE:

69A-62.030	Definitions
69A-62.032	Division Inspection or Investigation

PURPOSE:

This rule promulgation will amend the definition of the term “serious incident” with respect to firefighters’ activities.  The rule also amends firefighters’ notification requirements to the Division for certain injuries.  Lastly, the promulgation includes minor editorial corrections.
