RULE:

68A-25.032

Regulations Governing the Establishment of Alligator Management Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to modify the Alligator Management Program Application form.  The effect of the proposed rule will be to include a statement of the purpose for the collection of social security numbers as required per paragraph 119.071(5)(a), F.S. and to require on the form provision of GPS coordinates.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule would modify the Alligator Management Program Application form.

IV, Section 9, Florida Constitution n; Section 379.3012, Florida Statutes.

Article IV, Section 9, Florida Constitution.
