RULE:

64B8-4.010	Diplomas (Repealed)
64B8-4.018	International Medical Graduates; Qualification Requirements (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule repeals are intended to delete rules which are no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposes the repeal of 64B8-4.010 since with the current practice of fingerprinting applicants and the required direct source verification, the rule is now obsolete.  Rule 64B8-4.018 is being repealed since most schools today require core clerkships and this rule is unnecessary.
