RULE:

33-601.820

Maximum Management

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to allow an inmate in maximum management to have recreation privileges up to two two-hour sessions per week if the Institutional Classification Team approves of the privilege after the inmate has spent nine consecutive months on maximum management.

SUMMARY:

To increase the number of recreation sessions to which certain inmates on maximum management may be entitled.
