CAPE Postsecondary Industry Certification Funding List (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to update the rule to conform with statutory changes made in the 2014 legislative session. The effect of this rule is to update the postsecondary funding list for the implementation of performance funding for districts and colleges as specified in Sections 1011.80 and 1011.81, Florida Statutes.  From this approved list, the Chancellors of the Division of Career and Adult Education and the Florida College System will identify industry certifications eligible for funding the areas targeted in the General Appropriations Act.
