69B-150.115

Group or Quasi-Group Implications

PURPOSE:

This is a change to correct the wording of a rule.  The edit is to correct grammar and is intended to have no substantive effect.

SUMMARY:

The existing language is improperly worded.  The word “which” should be replaced with “shall”, and the word “group” should be replaced with “class” to be consistent with the use of the word “class” earlier in the sentence.
