68A-25.032

Regulations Governing the Establishment of Alligator Management Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to modify the Alligator Management Program Application form.  The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to require that the landowner/landowner’s representative/lesee signature be notarized.  The rule amendment would also require a lessee signing the application to provide a copy of the lease agreement and require a representative of the landowner  signing the application to provide written proof of representation.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule would modify the Alligator Management Program Application form.
