Definitions, ESE Policies and Procedures, and ESE Administrators

PURPOSE:

The purpose is update a definition, terminology and to correct an error in a statutory reference.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule has been amended to reflect a change in a definition, update terminology by changing references from vocational education to career and technical education and correcting an error in a statutory reference.
