RULE:

40E-1.607	Permit Application Processing Fees
40E-1.659	Forms and Instructions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat.  The proposed amendments clarify the duration for individual mining/dewatering fees and update the list of forms incorporated by reference in other District rules.

SUMMARY:

To correct dates of forms listed in 40E-1.659, F.A.C., and delete a reference to Noticed General Permit in Rule 40E-1.607, F.A.C.
