PURPOSE:

To establish the regulatory structure supporting the Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014

SUMMARY:

The rulemaking establishes a regulatory structure, including creation of dispensing regions; creation of applications, approval procedures, authorization procedures, and renewal procedures for dispensing organizations, and creation of access procedures for the Compassionate Use Registry.
