School Entry Health Examination

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to update the School Entry Health Form incorporated by reference. The effect will be a rule compliant with Florida Statutes

SUMMARY:

This rule implements the school entry health examination required by Section 1003.22, F.S. The amendment updates the School Entry Health Form incorporated by reference.
