Private School Scholarship Compliance

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to make changes to Form IEPC SCF-1, Scholarship Program Compliance Form for Private School Participants in State Scholarship Programs. The effect will be a rule that is consistent with current procedures and the governing statutes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment will revise the Scholarship Compliance Form to include requirements related to the Personal Learning Scholarship Account, to clarify the requirements for student assessments related to the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program, and to correctly reflect updated rule references and website links.
