Charter School Applicant Training Standards (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes a procedure by which sponsors may require charter applicants to attend training provided by the sponsor in lieu of the training provided by the Department. Section 1002.33(6)(f)2., F.S., allows sponsors to require applicants to attend their own training in lieu of the Department’s, the rule and form are unnecessary.
