Permits for Hunting or Other Recreational Use on Wildlife Management Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to provide for establishment of fees for Tier II public recreational opportunities consistent with the management plan and the recreation master plan on the Babcock Ranch Preserve pursuant to s. 259.1053(5), F.S.

The proposed rule amendment would provide for establishment of fees for Tier II public recreational opportunities consistent with the management plan and the recreation master plan on the Babcock Ranch Preserve pursuant to s. 259.1053(5), F.S.
