59G-1.065

Provider Claims Reimbursement

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Rule 59G-1.065, Florida Administrative Code is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Provider Claims Reimbursement Policy, __________. The incorporated policy will specify requirements for providers who submit claims for reimbursement directly to Florida Medicaid.

SUBJECT:

Provider Claims Reimbursement.
An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact Rule 59G-1.065 Florida Administrative Code, will have as provided for under sections 120.54 and 120.541, Florida Statutes.
