RULE:

6A-6.0312

Course Modifications for Exceptional Students (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rule 6A-6.0312, F.A.C. The effect is to remove a rule from the Florida Administrative Code that is no longer needed.

SUMMARY:

Section 1003.438, F.S., was repealed and pertinent information from this rule is covered in Rule 6A-1.09963, F.A.C. This rule is no longer necessary.
