Poll Watcher Designation Form

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to prescribe a form for individuals authorized under section 101.131, Florida Statutes, to utilize when designating poll watchers during the early voting period and on Election Day.

SUMMARY:

This rule prescribes a form for the designation of poll watchers during the early voting period and on Election Day.
