RULE:

64B16-28.2021

Change of Ownership

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify that, for pharmacy permits held by business entities, the change of ownership of the entity does not itself require the issuance of a new permit unless the identity of entity changes.

SUMMARY:

Change of ownership requirements for pharmacy permits will be clarified.
