6A-14.0305

Out-of-State Fee Waiver for Veterans and Other Eligible Students

PURPOSE:

Colleges will have the necessary guidance to provide out-of-state waivers for active duty members of the Armed Forces of the United States.  Active duty military members will have access to programs offered by FCS institutions.

SUMMARY:

To include active duty members of the Armed Forces of the United States residing or stationed outside of Florida as eligible for the out-of-state fee waiver pursuant to section 1009.26(14)(a), F.S.
