RULE:

68A-9.004

Permits for Hunting or Other Recreational Use on Wildlife Management Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise regulations pertaining to the cost of Gulf Hammock Wildlife Management Area recreational use permits. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to enable the agency to better manage fish and wildlife resources and public use on WMAs.

SUMMARY:

: The proposed rule amendment would increase the cost of each Gulf Hammock WMA Recreational Use Permit from $275 to $417.
