RULE:

60S-3.003	Retirement Contributions for Regular, Special Risk, Elected Officer, Special Risk Administrative Support and Senior Management Service Classes of the Pension and Investment Plans of the Florida Retirement System; Contributions for the Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy; and Contributions for the Deferred Retirement Option Program (Repealed)
60S-3.004	Retirement Contributions for Past Service Credit (Repealed)
60S-3.005	Retirement Contributions for Prior Service Credit (Repealed)
60S-3.006	Retirement Contributions for Military Service Credit (Repealed)
60S-3.010	Contributions for Social Security (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 60S-3.003, F.A.C. as a recitation of section 121.071, F.S., and its prior iterations.  To repeal Rules 60S-3.004 and 60S-3.005, F.A.C., as a recitation of section 121.081, F.S.  To repeal Rule 60S-3.005 as a recitation of section 121.111, F.S.  To repeal 60S-3.010, F.S. as a rule on matters governed by the Social Security Administration that do not require rulemaking to apply.

SUMMARY:

Repeal Rules 60S-3.003, 60S-3.004, 60S-3.005, 60S-3.006 and 60S-3.010, F.A.C.
