RULE:

64B16-28.840

Special - Non Resident (Mail Service) (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the repeal of the rule due to the necessity of the rule being replaced by the adoption of the new rule Chapter 32 that governs all aspects related to nonresident pharmacies.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being repealed due to it being replaced by another rule.
