PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to establish in rule the most recent guidelines, forms, and Grant Award Agreements for the Cultural Endowment Program.

SUMMARY:

The guidelines and incorporated material for grant programs are being updated for the upcoming grant cycle.
