RULE:

25-6.0345

Safety Standards for Construction of New Transmission and Distribution Facilities

PURPOSE:

To update the rule so that the 2017 Edition of the National Electrical Safety Code is incorporated by reference into the rule.

SUMMARY:

The rule requires electric utilities to, at a minimum, comply with the National Electrical Safety Code as the applicable guidelines used by electric utilities for the construction of new transmission and distribution facilities.
