6A-6.0524

Educational Alternatives Programs (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To align the rule with current language in Florida Statutes and to remove reference to a requirement of a repealed rule that is no longer provided to students. The effect is that the rule will be aligned with Florida statutes.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment removes reference to a requirement of a repealed rule that is no longer provided to students.
