Reporting Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the changes are to update forms, NI1-118 (Instructions for Payment and DC2-364 (JPay Money Order Deposit Form for Restitution & Court-Ordered Payments) with current information.

SUMMARY:

The update to NI1-118 updates the Instructions for Payment with current payment instructions and increases the number of payment methods from four to five.  Form DC2-364 adds the inmate’s assigned institution and the sender’s e-mail address to improve accountability and tracking accuracy.
