Visitation Denial

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify criteria for denial of visiting for possession, introduction, or attempted introduction of contraband.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule provides that a person will be denied permission to visit for possession, introduction, or attempted introduction of contraband as defined in s. 944.47, F.S.
