6M-8.602

Child Performance Standards for the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Education Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule revision is to update the minimum student performance standards for children participating in VPK.

SUMMARY:

The student performance standards for children participating in VPK. The public hearing will be held simultaneously with the rule development workshop for Rule 6M-4.700, Child Performance Standards, which addresses the performance standards for children birth through five years old so that participants have the opportunity to see the continuum of the early learning standards.
