RULE:

64B27-1.001	Dental Laboratory Inspections, and Practice and Procedure for Healthy and Safe Dental Laboratory Operation
64B27-1.002	Dental Laboratory Biennial Registration
64B27-1.003	Continuing Education Requirements

PURPOSE:

To clarify maintenance requirements for electronic dental appliance prescriptions; to update the dental laboratory renewal registration form to comply with recently enacted legislation; and, to provide for acceptance of certification as a Dental Laboratory Technician as demonstration of compliance with continuing education requirements for owners and designated employees of dental laboratories.
