PURPOSE:

Clarify language about one time second election; amend language for default membership; clarify language about compulsory membership for eligible members; amend language for SMSOAP election; amend language for renewed membership; clarify enrollment for eligible employees in relation to SB 7022; any other amendments that are necessary to be updated in the rule.
