59G-1.050

General Medicaid Policy

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Rule 59G-1.050, Florida Administrative Code, is to specify general Florida Medicaid policies that apply to all providers.

SUMMARY:

The rule specifies requirements for services provided out of state, emergency aid for aliens, freedom of choice of providers, and prohibited practices.
