PURPOSE:

To implement HB1203 legislative changes to section 945.10, F.S. related to the protection, use, or disclosure of protected health information.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule implements language arising from changes to section 945.10, F.S., related to the protection, use, or disclosure of protected health information and creates a new form, DC4-542C that details costs and accounting related to inmate request for such records.
