RULE:

6A-6.0970

John M. McKay Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Program (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To remove language no longer addressed in corresponding statute. The rule is consistent with section 1002.39, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

Removes provisions related to the complaint and inquiry process.  The complaint and inquiry provisions will be addressed in a separate rule that applies to all scholarship programs authorized under Chapter 1002, Florida Statutes.
