Minimum Flows

The Southwest Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

: Beginning on February 8, 2019, and continuing through at least December 31, 2019, interested parties may view communications and documents posted electronically on the WebBoard. The WebBoard will be active and peer review panelists may post information and pose questions, revisions, additions, or deletions to one another, and the public can provide comment directly on any aspect of the proposed Minimum Flows for the Chassahowitzka and Homosassa River Systems from 8:00 a.m. on February 8, 2019, through 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2019. Communications and documents posted will be preserved and can be viewed until at least December 31, 2019.

In addition to the WebBoard, the peer reviewers will participate in an in-person public kickoff meeting.

PLACE: Homosassa River Public boat launch, 5424 South Cherokee Way, Homosassa, FL 34448. Parking is located one block from the ramp, at 5331 South Boulevard Drive, Homosassa, FL 34448, at the corner of South Boulevard Drive and South Cherokee Way. (2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
