Minor Violations, Notice of Noncompliance

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed rule amendment is intended to add an additional violation to the Board’s rule regarding minor violations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds the violation of failure to report a criminal conviction or plea of nolo contendere within 30 days as a minor violation for which a motive on noncompliance can be issued.
