40B-2.301

Conditions for Issuance of Permits

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend Section 3.2 of the Water Use Permitting Applicant’s Handbook to rename the Eastern Water Resource Caution Area delineation as the Eastern Water Supply Planning Area; and to add a new Western Water Supply Planning Area delineation map. The effect will be the expansion of planning areas with existing water resource problems or areas in which water resource problems are projected to develop in the next 20 years.
