Limited Alternative Rate Increase

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the rule to clarify the application requirements for a limited alternative rate increase and to simplify the language to make it more understandable.  The effect of this rulemaking will be to make the rule requirements clear to all interested persons.
