6A-14.024

Composition of Boards of Trustees (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal a rule for which the agency no longer has authority and is unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being repealed to comply with changes enacted by recent amendments to Article IX, Section 8 of the Florida Constitution.
