Electric Infrastructure Storm Hardening (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 25-6.0342, F.A.C., because it is duplicative of another Commission rule, and is obsolete and unnecessary.

Rule 25-6.0342, F.A.C., requires investor-owned electric utilities to file storm hardening plans. This rule is being repealed because it is duplicative of another Commission rule, and is obsolete and unnecessary.
