Overview



	The FWCJUA Board of Governors announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 5, 2020, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (ET)

PLACE:	Contact Kathy Coyne at 941-378-7408 to participate.

Subject:	The agenda topic shall be the litigation matter styled American Residuals and Talent, Inc. v. Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Florida Office of Insurance Case No. 204692-17; Florida First District Court of Appeal Case No. 1D17-2801; Florida Supreme Court Case No. SC19-1865. The meeting will be convened in the open; however, pursuant to section(s) 286.011(8) and 627.3121(4), Florida Statutes, the Board’s discussion of the litigation will be conducted in private, and participants who are not members of the Board, counsel to the Board, or employees of the FWCJUA will be disconnected from the portions of the meeting discussing the litigation.
