Family Empowerment Scholarship Program

PURPOSE:

To implement the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program, pursuant to section 1002.394, Florida Statutes. Allowing families to use the scholarship and be identified as qualified by eligible nonprofit scholarship-funding organization (SFO).

SUMMARY:

The implementation of the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program will address the following: Scholarship Participation, Scholarship Payments, and Private School Participation.
