Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to clarify language with regard to aggravating and mitigating circumstances for the imposition of discipline.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment deletes subparagraph (4)(o) from the rule.
