Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

In accordance with 2020-76 Laws of Florida, a new violation with penalty ranges is added to the disciplinary guidelines concerning improper assignment of emotional support animals.

SUMMARY:

To update rule language regarding disciplinary guidelines.
