RULE:

64B27-1.001	Dental Laboratory Inspections, and Practice and Procedure for Healthy and Safe Dental Laboratory Operation
64B27-1.002	Dental Laboratory Biennial Registration

PURPOSE:

To update the application to register a dental laboratory and to change the dental laboratory inspection schedule from annual to biennial as required by recently enacted legislation.

SUMMARY:

Updates dental laboratory application form and inspection schedule.
