Family Empowerment Scholarship Program

PURPOSE:

To incorporate changes made by HB-7045 during 2021 Legislative Session to the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program.

SUMMARY:

The Rule amendment will update Family Empowerment Scholarship Program, including establishing eligibility requirements, payment procedures, and the obligations of private schools, school districts, and scholarship-funding organizations.
