6A-14.0302

Credit for Military Service (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal the Credit For Military Service rule due to the passing of HB 171 during the 2020 legislative session and the amending of Rule 6A-10.024 which incorporates language from the repealed rule.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
