Video Cameras in Exceptional Student Education Classrooms Pilot Program

PURPOSE:

The workshop scheduled for 12/6/2022 has been rescheduled for 1/18/2022. To implement 1003.574, F.S., which established a pilot program in Broward County Schools for the installation and use of video cameras in certain exceptional student education classrooms. The rule will address the pilot program, including camera requirements, reporting requirements and the appeal process.
