Statewide Provider Contract for the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed revisions update the rule, contract and incorporated forms to align with statute.

SUMMARY:

The rule and incorporated forms outline VPK provider eligibility requirements to deliver the VPK program.
