Easements Across District Owned Lands to Privately-Owned Lands

PURPOSE:

The overall purpose is to establish criteria for granting ingress and egress easements across District owned land.

SUMMARY:

The rulemaking creates a new rule establishing the criteria under which an ingress and egress easement may be granted across NWFWMD-owned land.
