PURPOSE:

: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to modify Form DC6-112F, Disciplinary Report Worksheet, to add a Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) tracking number to link disciplinary reports with department databases to gather data to report to the federal government in accordance with PREA requirements.

SUMMARY:
